If you are moving your website content to a new website hosting provider the tracker will continue to work without issues, providing the following conditions are met:

  • The entire website is moved unaltered and the tracker code remains installed in the header or a footer of the website
  • The tracker icon shows up on ALL pages of the website after the move has been completed
  • The web hosting provider supports JavaScript hosting and does not filter any HTML/JavaScript coding
  • The website's domain name and/or primary home page URL has not changed

If you are a premium subscriber and enabled the hidden tracker mode, temporarily unhide the tracker and verify that your tracker icon shows up on every pages of your website.

If your domain and/or home page URL has changed, edit the project URL to match your home page's URL
