TraceMyIP provides free and premium account subscriptions. Free subscriptions are renewed yearly and do not require payments.

Premium TraceMyIP subscriptions can be renewed using two payment term options:

  • Monthly – meaning you will be paying your subscription fee on a month-by-month basis
  • Yearly – meaning you can pre-pay for the entire year to avoid the hassle of paying on a month to month basis while receiving an appropriate discount

You can renew your account subscription once your current subscription expires. A subscription can expire if the following occur:

  • Your subscription expires as per the current term
  • Your payment method has failed to be processed more than 2 consecutive times

If your account’s subscription has expired, an email notification will be sent to an email address on file, indicating the current state of your account.

Once the subscription has expired, you have the following options:

  • Ignore account expiration notices. In this case, your account will be automatically purged from the system after a few weeks. Once the account is purged, there is no way to recover your account.
  • Renew your subscription on a month-to-month basis
  • Renew your subscription on a yearly basis

To renew your expired subscription, login to your TraceMyIP account, and follow the subscription selection wizard to complete and activate your premium subscription.
